How do I know if this reflash applies to my car, I've had none of the symtoms listed and my vin ends in 0017.

If anything, it looks as if it would be worth in for improved fuel economy.
You'll have to look at the build date of your car and if it was before 4/10/08, you qualify for this reflash.

I'm not sure where the build date is listed on the X. It could be on one of the stickers on the underside of the hood. Or, when you open your front door, you'll see a sticker...could be on there.

Otherwise, your dealer should be able to run your VIN and tell you if you qualify.

The build date is on the drivers door frame on the sticker.

The question is, if I already got a reflash once is this one worth it? Might be better mod wise to stick with the reflash I have if it's going to lean the car out more with this flash because until I get a tune I will need that extra fuel to lean out gradually as I add more mods...

Anyone dyno this/check afr's pre/post flashing yet?

I'm about to goto the dealership asap
Do they void warranty if I replaced stock air filter with cone filter?

My car doesn't have any symptoms of either reflash.. I'm guessing either my dealership already did the first reflash for me before pick-up since my manufacture date is Nov, 2007 or it came without any issues from the factory.

Either way, I'm wondering if it'll be worth it (if allowed even) to get this new reflash from a "leaning out" point of view.

Novel thought, I agree!

IMO it would be stupid, very stupid, if they do, just depends on how your dealership feels toward aftermarket parts and if they honor it or void your warranty just thinking of aftermarket parts. But I don't trust the dealership's around here like that so I wouldn't chance it......but that's just me.

Can you post the TSB, its on a sticker under your hood. Also, did they tell you exactly what it fixed.
