Recurring P1235 code...
Dude, for sure! You should hit me up sometime if you're planning on going down to Sonic. Now that it's starting to warm up a little bit, I imagine that will be getting popular again soon.
Mitsubishi is now fighting any sort of settlement. They hardly want to pay the legal fees incurred in the fight. I'm asking that they honor the extended powertrain warranty they give as a new vehicle, and they are fighting that too. I feel that there has been damage done to the transmission and I'm asking that they protect the transmission that their stupid *** LIMP mode potentially caused damage to.
Man, I feel for you... and I'd be doing exactly what you're doing.
But with that being said, I think in this case any car manufacture would say the exact same thing
is saying. It's just how they operate. They know you most likely don't have the funds to do a full blown lawsuit against them. Sorry you're going through this.
My dad sued ford when his electrical system in his new truck fried and torched the truck. Took 3 years for them to finally admit it was their bad and offered to refund his money if he gave back the truck. By then he had already sold the truck.

Car is still happy as all hell. The last few days I've been driving it so hard between work and home, that my avg has been about 10mpg! Awesome.
Let's hope it stays this way.
