Another thing I thought I'd mention is the missing intercooler water spray that the jdm/aus models got.

 

If it is a 'true' 2010, than yes, that is not actually uncommon, its probably one of the first lots to come off the assy line (IF its a 2010)... the actual assembly date does not always correlate to the 'model yr'. Minor model changes are usually planned right before or after the first models are released, and a early production can be started for a limited supply (mass production assy trials), but the cars are not scrapped, they end up at dealerships.

The Rotor Orange is the only color change I know of.

Unfortunately, it looks like Octane Blue will still not be offered on US MRs.

Maybe they should just do the RS (US-style, w/ reg enkie wheels & brembos) and the MR (with 6sp or SST).

RS for the hardcore people all about performance.

MR for people liking luxury and technology.

Sounds like a wining combo to me.

ehhhh ive been in quite a few RS evo 9s before. dealing with the windows is terrible. it is possible to get all the parts for power windows, but it is a big hassle and requires a ton of time/pieces.

not quite true, the FQ models are a UK only thing, and thankfully we don't have, and never had a sunroof option! we've always had hids, auto wipers/lights though
