D evoX will redefine cornering!!! (VIDEO)

Watch this cool Video

http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do...ticleId=109902

I am amazed at how much imporoved the X's handling will be. Now I am thinking of waiting and saving money for X instead of getting IX.

Sorry if this has been posted already

I hadn't seen it yet. Well worth the repost IMO.

The thing that worries me most about the X is the active steering. I realize that it's evolving, but... hell I don't know... guess we'll just have to wait and see. What version is gonna have the analog joystick on the dash? lol

How is the X a "Rally Car"

The X just doesn't seem like a rally car to me, it just looks, well too "supercar" like to be one. I mean the aggresive front end, the aerodynamic body and all, and just the whole entire look of the car. Imagine, would an Acura TL look good getting all dirty, running through river banks, jumping in the air, leaving clouds of dust behind? I understand the AWD system is pretty good and has a lot of grip and all, but the thing is that I just cannot imagine a X driving in the nasties. The VII-IX just seem more capable for some reason, I just don't know...

I see what you mean. I kind of doubt that many rally teams will seriously consider using the X as a rally competition car. Anyone else?

+1

It looks like the X is gonna perform spectacularly...that's #1 in racing. Also a big thing for the Evo has always been aerodynamics right? honestly who cares how it looks when it's racing as long as it gets the job done better than any other

Well compare the VIII or the IX with like the IV or V and I'm sure plenty of people would say the VIII and the IX look wussy or toned down but they sure as hell perform like a true rally car.

Have you seen the wheel-fender gap up front? Not taking too many hills without bottoming it out.

atleast that's what it looks like to me
