I think the gray Evo X concept looks great. It looks more agressive than the current CT9A platform cars.

You'll all be salty once the Evo X comes out and performs better than the IX I'll keep my Evo VIII until the X comes out.

 

The caption says it is a "Lancer 5-door concept" (hatchback to us).

Uhh, it says "OVER 300 ps". Who knows how much over, hopefully a lot....

 

I can't believe the evo 10 will be out in about another year or so yet we still haven't gotten the 9. What a ****in jack.

Spoiler is the worst I've seen. Worse than the supra turbo. No way we'll have a spoiler like that, it would hit the rear window when you open the trunk. Either that or it will be big enough and far forward so the trunk can open under it... Hideous. I'd rather have the Tarmac Evolution Spyder

I agree about the spoiler though :barf: ....such things are always removable though

I wonder what the hp/tq ratings are going to be for that car... it looks like they're going to try and appeal to a broader audience with that design instead of just the serious auto enthusiasts...

 

All of these are photochops. The orange car is a chop of the new Eclipse.

 

Looks like it should be the next version of the SRT-4 not the Evo.

 

I think the X will be sweet once it's out for production.

 

i think it looks great... kinda looks like it's getting that nasty *** 4g eclipse rear end, though... =(

btw, burningmoney, "true" evolution means constantly evolving and striving to be better... i don't get how the X won't be a "true" evolution.. unless yuo mean like how the evo 6-7-8 started using a lot more electronic controls and how they started becoming more of tarmac cars than rally-based cars.

 

It is. Its both, actually. Don't forget that these cars will be platform mates. They've even anounced AWD for the neon replacement.

i think it's funny that they are going to make a new DSM-type line between the evo and the srt. what'll happen to all the srt brats that can't afford evo's? haha.
