Is that article implying that the Evo X will not be Lancer based?

 

Talked with guy in SOCAL and the pic is used to confuse the competitors. The EVO X will not even look close to that image. is smart company and they will make alot of changes before the "real X" is out. The EVO is 's premier car and it needs to wow people which is why many changes will occur.

 

That makes sense. But if thats the case then Subaru is doign the same thing, it also look ugly.

The **** they are coming out with lately is very "futuristic" and it's getting out of hand.

Anyone seen the 2006 Eclipse model? Looks like it should be in space. Who knows if thats what it will look like when it comes out though. Don't doubt it.

 

I think a lot of people would be "wowd" if they won the WRC.

I'll be getting an EvoX if it is smaller, lighter and more agile than the current Evos which are somewhat bloated.

 

go drive one RA nothing on the market (in a reasonable price range) that can hang with the Evo in the corners

 

Oh, I have already driven one a lot.
It's true that nothing hangs with it but like I said, it can be improved and the current body style doesnt inspire much in me.
Maybe the next one will.
