i bought the 80mm sized fliter, its the largest one. If you do buy it, i would suggest to also get another filter "reload" since the one that comes with it is green... looks all christmasy.. i'll be sure to post the part number and pics later on this weekend.

ok, i'm an idiot. i bought the HKS filter that was too large for the piping. I just bought another filter thats 70mm and it fits perfectly!

HKS filter has to be 70mm with a 3inch coupler FYI!

Oddly enough the Japaness companies list there stuff with respect to I.D. not O.D. like in America. So the 70mm dimension is actually the inside diameter of the pipe plus the two walls of rought 3 mm thickness = ~76mm or 3" o.d. Did you get it installed with the new filter yet? Got any pictures? and P/N of the filter you got?

i think those are spectre filters. you can buy them for 20-25 bucks at autozone.

They are $24.99 out here on the East coast at autozone. It looks very nice. Are those decent filters, never used on before?

I believe these thing are made from High-flow cotton fiber element.
For the price, I would just buy a new one every other oil change.

Yes they are oiled just like the K&N
they used some type of micro fiber cotton.
