Rod, did a search and found this: it has pics that show the plastic plugs. Thanks to NorCalEvos!

Hey, I just thought of using magnetic strips to cover the holes: See http://www.mywhiteboards.com/prmariin30st.html. I could leave the plugs in place if the strips are wide enough!

My wife and I thought about the magnetic strips, also, but then you'd have to paint match them and have to deal with a thicker material. And also, theft! haha! cause everyone wants the magnetic material ! haha!

I'm thinking I might get some red material to see how close the color match is. If not, then black, and cut them in in some interesting shape--triangles? If the plugs are flush enough, I could leave them in place under the material. Whaddaya think?

Hmmm...I can just cut you some clear bra material and send it to you The top of the plug sits about 1mm high, so they have to come out
