Fp Wg Boost Creep

Hey there guys well i just intalled my new fp 73hta green with a 18psi wg and a titek o2 housing well after my installed i took it around the block and did a couple of pulls on 3rd to make sure everything was working properly i notice on my boost gauge it was holding 21psi good and then out of no where it will literally hit 34psi ill let off instantly so i wont blow does anyone know why this happening i really need ur guys help on this please do you guys think i tight the rod of the wg to tight do i need to lossen it up a little bit please help thanks

Are all vacuum lines in correct spots? I had the mbc backwards one time on my stock 8 turbo and it did exactly what youre saying

Ive put them on correct check them twice to make sure also im running the Hallman MBC

Is the car tuned since you've put on the new turbo? How many full turns did you do on the FP WG rod?

The car is yet not tuned the rod is all the down u cant not see threads on the rod thats how close it is

Do you know if the waste gate was properly pre-loaded? If not, there's a thread on here stating how many full turns you'll need..

I would definitely have a tuner look at it, making sure it's zero'd out so that way it's on safe mode until he/she tunes you for the desire PSI

I did everything as i was told by you guys and the people from fp so after i pre-loaded again i took it for a couple of pulls on 3rd gear the first 2 pulls were steady at 18psi flat then on the 3rd pull it literally jump from 18 to 32psi i dont what the hell is goin on i think the wg is done ????

I'm not sure what else would cause that. The only things I can thnk of are what you checked. Anyone else help a guy out??

found the problem after hookin lines directly to the wg and j-pipe and doin pulls on 3rd gear and seein that holds boost solid knew the wg wasnt messed i notice that the hallman mbc metal ball is being stuck inside so basically the mbc is messed up and was causing my boost creep
