I don't see anything that says it is going to be sold in the US, etc.

An official press release will confirm..

Maybe I'm being goofy here but

Yeah, how come they didn't mention the bilsteins in that little blurb?? I am hoping that they just left it out, but it will still be in the car. How long do you guys think it will take until Mitsu releases an official statement with full details?

The info on that page is all about Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. as you can see at the bottom
It also says it's adding 6 speed, ACD, etc.... so it's definitely not talking about the MR release in Japan since regular EVOs already have it, Also isn't the EVO MR in Japan 2004?

Pretty sure that info is for the US
Dang , Get a Press Release out already

Just got off the phone with

They said that they are still working through some issues in regards to legalization..(with Japan)

Which means basically that they don't know **** until there is a release..(press release)

Whoever finds and posts that first press release on this car coming will be my new avatar..

"We will call him.."Mini MR"..

I don't know what you guys are talking about... The 5spd RS evo faired well and beat the 6spd RS evo in the best motoring video - the evo strikes back...
the 6spd GSR model kicked major *** though vs. the sti spec-C. AYC/ACD is the only thing desirable to me

I don't see myself trading. I reserve the right to completely reverse my position on the preceeding statement.

Only thing desirable for me is the ACD to hopefully kill the transfer case problems. Maybe a swap?

300lbs less weight from aluminum parts and a bigger turbo don't sound the least bit appealing to you?

The test car in Speed magazine weighed 3280 lbs...that's heavier than my non-sunroof VIII...
