Why not try disconnecting the UTEC all together and turn the meth off and see if theres any difference? Im gussing that right now there are 2 devices trying to fool the ECU and the ECU doesn't or can't distinguish which signal to use??? Now granted Im pretty sure the the MAFT is before the UTEC wiring so the ECU has to be seeing the UTEC signal, right?
If you keep the UTEC in keep MAP loading on and turn open loop off but you should still be able to tune in the 0% column.

I have a timing correction flash that can be logged and verified in stock form, then corrected for less $ than a V1 flash. The whole deal with the dyno is so you don't end up in jail or killed on the highway, not to custom tune the car. Once the maps are pinpointed, you can custom tailor you ign timing maps via reflash. PM me if this is something you would like to set up and I will work to get you in at the dyno slot and with Jestr. This type of flash was done with BoostedJoe's car on stock turbo to 11.68 @ 117.5 WITH the MAF and SAFCII.

This is how the safc is wired and tuned on my car. If he is using TPS to tune AND is running meth, that is going to be difficult and near impossible to get right. One would assume he would use the map signal as the TPS input signal IF THE UTEC could be set up in such a way. Since SAFC has lows and highs settings you set the low to the % corresponding to the 0 zero boost % and high % to the highest boost attainable %.
I have little experience with the UTEC so am not certain this can be done. I say ditch the UTEC altogether if the MAFT can do all the functions of the UTEC anyway and save $900.
