ohhh i know where those settings are !! thanks bob. I just drove the car to mcdonalds in traffic and having to wait the line etc... This thing is running so much smoother now. I used to get this annoying stumble before that I could never get rid of with UTEC. Its gone now... There is no hesitation when I go WOT just a nice smooth transition. I'll play with timing etc.. later when it cools down outside. Sitting in my car with a laptop on my lap, no AC and miami heat = a ****ing oven!

Anyone who buys a SAFC or DTEC at this point is insane. This thing is amazing. The low/mid/high throtle fuel maps are intialzed but boost preasure not TPS. If you ever setup a SAFC you know that TPS is not always the best way to switch between low/high fuel maps.

I remember the AFC stumble, ahh yes many moons ago. So the entire system is pretty much run off of the MAP sensor, right? Any calibrating the MAP sensor?

Evovr4- you don't need a piggyback

dsm95- you can control fueling with the MAF pro, you wont need an AFC.

MAFT is a AFC. I don't think you could run them both togther reliably. Besides the MAFT is much more superior than SAFCII. Its has target AFR !!! It also has a ton more fuel trims you can edit.

three pulls and I can tune the SAFCII to precision accuracy. Probably close to as fast as the targeter. I am already tuning the safcII on MAP utilizing the AEM/Zeitronix 3.5bar MAP sensor.

I am having problems getting this to play nice with UTEC. One problem is that UTEC bases load on the amount of air comming in. Since MAFT modifies the MAF Hz they already read low when utec gets them. The next problem is that UTEC wants to lean the car out. Even at 0 all across UTEC will lean the engine out which it shouldn't since its already lean! I even added +20 fuel all over and still to lean. Is there someway I can put in a MAF correction in UTEC or maybe just disable its fuel control for now?

The MAFT Pro has far more adjustment than the SAFC, 3 load levels vs 2, Boost vs TPS, + or - 60% in 1/2% steps, 14 rpm bands, Pluse wide band, Boost controller, blah, blah
