Want to eliminate your MAF?

AEM 3.5 bar
AEM 5 bar
GM 2 bar
Motorola 2.5 bar

Bob is the man.... In the meantime the knocklink and bosch sensor voltage logger I have rigged up along with monitoring timing should do the trick.
This unit sounds like it will be the missing link...

Wow, you are good. It was just yesterday I was told it wasn't ready. Now are these updates available via firmware update from a downloadable file from your site as things progress such as timing control, knock logging and now map sensor calibration files?

I'm not sure how popular it will be, since the install is pretty easy the regular way. But guys always ask for it, so it will happen soon.

The software is ready to release, software updates will be posted over at full throttle. They are free.
As always, development continues. Keep the good ideas coming, that's how this stuff works.

I have a few ideas, But I want to work with a unit up close for a little while before I make any suggestions since I want to know its existing features first.
I think people are forgetting that this tool can be used by itself, or in conjunction with a reflash, UTEC, XEDE, anything that works with the stock MAF.
There is one thing that should be pointed out. The UTEC is the only device that overrides the stock limitations in the ECU since it directly controls fuel and timing, with the exception of a reflash or full standalone, so just bolting up the MAFTPro won't eliminate things like fuel cut or RPM limits in a bone stock ECU.. The easiest solution is to get a base reflash for the features you need..
Therefore I feel the Maftpro is as great addition to the UTEC, or any other piggyback/reflash solution.. It just happens to be that once the timing features become available, it can be used in place of many piggyback devices such as the s-afc, Emanage, etc. that function in a similar manner (MAF offset and CAS offset) plus you get boost control.

Yup a reflash is a must. On the way to Orlando to get the flash I hit fuel cut comming out of a toll plaza. I was running lean at 11.2 and still hit it pretty fast in 4th gear. It scared the crap out of my girlfriend

you can eliminate fuel cut without the reflash by oversizing the injectors....
If you want to run leaner, you can boost higher without the fuel cut as well.
But a reflash is a good idea anyway in the long run.

11.2-11.3 = most flash tuners target to allow for variations.
11.5 is what most people tune to including myself on pump.
11.7-11.8 is what I have seen on some agressive reflashes from tuners names withheld, which may have had some knock.
