I agree with most of what you said with the exception of you losing money. How in the world can you figure that? I spent over $7,500 on parts and labor on the car and you say you lost money? You did help me out a lot and I never denied that. You did send me a known working 02 sensor to rule that out, but I did send it back as soon as I took it back out. The part of me being the first to get a CEL is debateable as well, because you all had told me that there was over 10 cars running Stage 2 at the time I purchased mine. Like I said with Boe, just wanted to clear things up about the problem not being my car. If people don't mind the CEL, then more power to them. I just didn't want to resolder the OEM injectors back in every time I had to go to smog.

 

Stage 2 may cause CEL. When you tinker with parts and put way more power than normal on a car, it happens.

Let's reel in the debate. I don't need a Dookie vs. RRM pissing contest now. Discuss finances in private please.

We've also been assisting with Hotshot since he purchased the kit USED from dookie. He's had many leaks to correct as well as some other issues. Hell i even recommended buying your lsd off you dookie. If that isn't going the extra distance i don't know what is!

I guess my feelings are a little hurt as well... but i'll cry over it tonight and move on i guess

 

He only bought the Stage 2 kit from me, so the leak thing probably isn't from me, unless he decided to use the wrong o-rings for the injectors. I don't think he did that though.

Thanks for recommending the LSD to HotShot. I heard from him not too long ago.

 

So who wants to buy my turbo kit and upgrade to stage 2? EH EH? Immapunkclaimer and Hotshot are doing it, why not join the bandwagon??

anyways, ok for the review on whats been going on with me. yes, my CEL was on, it would come on like every 50 miles after i would get it reset. that was fine with me i understand that it has to be on, however, a couple days ago it went off and it has stayed off since so im not sure what the deal is with that. as far as leaks, i found a leak at the wastegate that i have to get a new gasket for but i have no confirmed leaks elsewhere as of yet, still checking on those tho. boe i'll be calling you soon, sorry that its been longer than i said, i got caught up in some stuff and have been busy *cough coughblacksheepsafcIIcough cough* but yeah, also dookie i have to talk to you about this dealing and whatnot.

 

hotshot... no worries bro. I know you were busy with stuff. Maybe the ecu finally learned the starting state. That is what my car did. I hope that's true. Let me know if you get it back.

As for the other leaks i'm glad to hear you've gotten things taken care of. Did you pressure test the system?? Anyway, talk to you soon and glad all is going well.
