our car cant handle the crankcase pressure and as a result this happens while boosting 16 pounds at 270 whp
the dipstick blew out!!!
look back for dyno sheet

You need a crankcase vent somewhere. All the built pressure needed to go somewhere, without the proper vent setup the dipstick is the first choice. Seen it happend before. I nice valve cover/oil catch can w/ breather wouldve saved you. Sorry about your incident..

From the looks at your catch can, its not venting at all. You need a breather of some sort on the can. Currently its seems (from pics) that there is no sign of venting in your setup.

Heres a good read about related issues from evo owners..

soon as my new brake setup is on and car fixed.....its gone....moving on to something different

got a question about the dyno though........i wrote on the paper that my max rev was to 6000 rpms, why would ivey take it to 7k rpms? was this damaging in any way or bad for the tune?

hey link can you shoot me an email with everything that is needed for the swap. I got an ES just like you.

My email is slater5mvp@yahoo.com.

I'll start collecting parts just like with the turbo kit. How much was the kit from that guy?
