You need to make one with an RS-232 connector from Radio Shack to connect to the blue serial output wire on your AEM UEGO. Instructions can be found here:

Alright down to needing oil lines, DP and exhaust, and MBC then BOOOOOOOOOOST!!!!
So I am thinking I am going to start by scaling my injectors to 412 b4 the initial startup then go from there does this sound like a smart idea?

You can scale your injectors now and get your latency values straightened out for idle and cruise so that all you have to tune for it WOT and cruising in boost. It's a very good idea.

Alright thanks senate, since I have prolly done 100+hrs of research on the building of the turbo kit I figured I better start my research on the tuning of the turbo kit as I am pretty sure I have my info for the install now Very confusing to say the least but it doesnt discourage me a bit I love a challenge

Ok guys so since I am getting very close to slapping this thing on I wanna be comfortable with the tuning aspect, I want you experienced people to give me an opinion on if this is a good base to start with. So the top High and Low are the stock maps for comparison and the bottom 2 are my adjusted maps. I rescaled my injectors to 412, rescaled my load values to 120 by taking loads 10 20 30 and combining them in one column as they are pretty much identical in the stock rom. Then in the 120 load column I dropped the afrs .5 in relation to the 100 column and used the interpolate 2d to give it a smooth progression. Lemme know how it looks and also I found this page for the stock 440 latencies however I only see 5 values and ecuflash gives us 7 values to define so not sure what I should do there. Also should I adjust my timing or wait till I do some datalogging? Thanks

EDIT:

Ok also anyone out there logging there stock maps? I have been logging mine and When I do some 3rd gear WOT pulls I get lots of 1 and 2 knock counts and even had a 4 in there with some 3's anyone else having this in there logs, another log shows 14 count???!!!!!!! I think my knock might be higher due to my cheep fuel taste lol regular (will be changing to premium soon b4 and after the turbo goes in.

You might want to richen up a bit above 90 load from 4500-redline to get your AFRs around 11.5 or so. I would also have the lowest load value be 10 so that you won't have idle issues.
