Thanks 02Lancer, Blue pulley is a lightweight underdrive pulley, I still need to install and measure to get new belts for that but might just wait until after the turbo install.

Alright so finally friday will be having my exhaust made woohoo!!!!, might pull my tranny same day and get my flywheel lightened up a little and resurfaced. Went a bought a nice new torque wrench as my old cheap POS crapped out on me. So question for you guys, my ARP head studs do I just screw those down really tight in the block or just snug? Also I know our factory head bolts are Torque to yeild meaning they stretch, I assume the studs do not correct? So does this mean I can just torque them down in about 3 increments without having to loosen them back up and torqueing them down again as per the FSM states for the factory bolts?

Anyone? I know plenty of you have head studs how did you torque them down and how did you install the studs themselves?

Just an update got the car in the garage right now and tomorrow morning gonna mock up my turbo manifold, turbo, 02 housing and DP. Only thing that sucks is I gotta tow it to the exhaust shop since I obviously cant drive it with no oil or coolant lines hooked up lol. Not to mention I am pulling the radiator. Oh well at least this way when I put my kit on I wont have to wait to get into the exhaust shop I can just bolt it up
One question about the vaccuum lines, does this sound right, I run a vac line from the intake manifold to the BOV, I Tee into this line and run it to my MBC then from that to my Forge wastegate actuator, and cap off the nipple on the J pipe, am I close

I used the nipple on the Jpipe to run to my MBC, which then went back to my wastegate.

I had no problem installing the turbo setup and driving a couple days on an open O2 housing...

Maybe i missed something, but why dont you just install everything and drive with an open downpipe to the exhaust shop and save the towing costs? Thats what i did. You'll just run peg rich since the O2 sensor wont be installed yet

Ok well the dipsh!t down at the exhaust shop had nothing ready for me and tells me I need a flange and that he cant weld in my egt bung he never told me any of this the last 2 times I discussed this with him AND he never said he couldn't weld the egt all he said was I had to get one cause he couldnt, so I towed it down there for nothing, very aggrevating and on top of that I put a nice foot and a half long crease down my pass side bringing it out of my garage. 02lancer you were right I had to elongate the 2 outer top holes on the mani to get it to line up. no big and I had to grind off a little of the turbo no prob there either but I also had to cut about half off one of the studs cause it was hitting the runner and my nut still wont fit on there I think I will need a slimmer one for it to work. Did I forget to mention my tire magically got a hole in it too so I threw my donut on to tow it down there? So I decided to leave it in the garage and tonight I am going to start tearing the head off and install my studs and head gasket and timing belt. I wanna get that and the clutch installed this week in between work and I have this fri sat off and gonna request sun mon so I will have 4 days to get it all together. I snapped a few pics of it on I will post later tonight it does look pretty sick, so thunder I should use a line from my j pipe and just run it into my mbc and then to my wastegate? sounds good to me

So which way is better? Or does it really matter? Also here are a couple pics of a really rough mock up

As you can see I ground off just enough for the manifold to sit flush. I have a very minute gap looks pretty good so far. You can see the front stud on the drivers side I cut about half of it off and still cant get the nut on there so just left it off since I was just taking it down to the exhaust shop. Sore subject there but oh well.
