I got 4 feet 1/4" braided steel line with a 1/8" NPT male end to connect to the sandwich adapter and a -4an female end that connected to the 12mm banjo fitting I bought to connect to the stock banjo bolt on the turbo.

So those dbags did it again!!!! Grrrrrr.. this time they said that the warehouse had none even though the dude once again said there on order in stock and would be here wednesday. Now no matter what I do it will at leat be another day . I think my long relationship with this parts store is over... Side note anyone here do there own front end alignment? I have the manual but it gives me degrees for a standard value and I dont have a turning radius guage. Basically just wanna know how much tow in (inches if posible) I need.

Stock evo 9 recirc bov. Can't run vta without speed density. Or really careful drving so you don't stall on decelleration but where's the fun in that!! Lol

Not true. You just need a valve closed at idle. Look into a forge twin piston or even a hks ssqv and you wont have a problem. A recirculating dv/bpv will be open at idle and will stall out between shifts.

I think he just meant that you can't run the Evo bov's vta without speed density.

Well I FINALLY got some tie rod ends, installed them then using a method I found online did my own front end alignment. I must say it turned out very well it is wayyyyy better now then before however I still have the squeel Soooo I still cant drive it . Just gonna have to drive my 10mpg (no joke) truck until I can get tires and a new wheel bearing again...

Well long story short I effed up the pass tie rod trying to remove it when doing my turbo install. This caused my alignment to be off putting too much stress on that wheel bearing ruining it. So that coupled with the tire situation my car will be turboed for over two months before I can Officially "drive it. on a side note so when I ported my intake I don't think I really smoothed it out. I mean its not jagged but could this be why my hp numbers seem low? Does turbulence in there have major effect on power?

When you port something you are trying to remove turbulence. So yes it could effect your hp number. And when you ported it what did you use to do it and what grit sandpaper did you finish smoothing the edges with?

Umm ya... Thats a big negative lol. I just dremelled it out and semi smoothed it and didnt think about anything else. Thinking since its down at the moment anyways I might pull the intake mani back off and smooth everything out. What do you think grit I should use to smooth it all out?

So just an update..... that is there are non lol. I am very happy with my alignment although I am slightly off (not any more than any time I have gone to a shop and had it done) I am going to do an adjustment after getting my tires and wheel bearing and gonna take pics and do a write up in the How To section as its really easy and extremely accurate. I havent been driving it much as the bearing still squeals but not as bad as before. Almost done with a tranny swap which will help pay for some of the tires as soon as thats done I can pull my car in the garage and probably tear it apart, gotta do the wheel bearing, shift over the radiator and some other little things
