im not sure about drag coefficient, where did you find that information?

i input 2800 for weight because i know all the piping, manifold, turbo, etc. weighed about 100 lbs.

im still looking for a place that will let me weigh my car.
Cant remember where I got the drag I think from edmunds.com Is that including the wieght you removed? Like the old manifold, downpipe, crash bar (if you have stock evo FMIC) etc.
If I change mine to 2800 it gives me 198whp and 222wtrq

hmm, i didnt take account the other weight i removed.
2800 is just an estimate for added weight + gas

my main use for VDR is tuning.

btw i think another member weighed his car and it was in the high 2600s

I cut it so I can put the water temp sensor in.
I never had any problems with the rubbing. The only problem I have is it's cracking. The welds seem to be pretty crappy.

That is so wierd its like there all a little off in different ways. My welds seem to be holding up fine with no support but my hose is resting right on it. You would think that if mine was then yours would unless there is a little different radiator mounting between the years or submodels?? idk

Yea I think they all are different in there own way. It seems as if a company from ebay made them. I had the cracked area re welded but it's starting to crack around the welds now. I even have the manifold supported.
I'll probably end up with a Megan manifold and re welding a flange.

Is this not your dd? I can see removing the sound deadening if this is a straight track vehicle as everything counts but if its still your dd I personally would rather not have the extra road noise for that extra almost nonexistent gain

I removed the sound deadening a while back in my car and its honestly you dont get that much more cabin noise. I removed it from everyplace but the drivers front just because thats all i got to and havent had a chance to go back and finish. But that stuff has some weight to it.also unless you are going to drag race the car often i woulnt remove it. The weight is low were you want it for road race use .

that sound deadener is a difference of maybe 40lbs if u remove it all. and it is a major pain to get out.

I think I will just go on atkins . Maybe Weight watchers Seriously though so I actually havent been driving my car at all. I have been having a crazy squeal in the front pass side. Its quiet for about the first 30 secs of driving then gets loud real quick. So found I need new front tie rod ends gonna order those and front end alignment and I think this will take care of that problem. Sucks man I wanna be out there tuning it sooo bad but gotta wait.

Man I know your just trying to get help but there really are a ton of threads about all the things you have asked. This thread you just posted in explains a couple different ways to go about the oil line. My specific method was I got a oil sandwich adapter and then had a custom made oil line from house of hose and had them ship it to me. I got 4 feet 1/4" braided steel line with a 1/8" NPT male end to connect to the sandwich adapter and a -4an female end that connected to the 12mm banjo fitting I bought to connect to the stock banjo bolt on the turbo.
