A little update...
So yeah. I don't have heat or ac anymore. I suspect that the blower motor is done. When I have the hvac off I hear a whistling noise. So that has to be replaced. Just in time for summer! :\
And the car just hit 160k. Been thinking... The Lancer is just about done. NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG, I'm not talking about getting rid of her. Just, I've done just about everything I wanted to do her. Engine, interior, brakes (when I get the rear conversion), and suspension is next. But that's going to consist of coilovers, steering rack, and rear sway. I'll probably grab the coilovers around tax time again.
Probably take about a year and a halfish. And that's it really. Push it to a "safe" 15 psi and let her continue her golden days. Been thinking about project cars. Toyota MR2 mk3 and turbo that or nissan s14 and do a rb swap. Or just stop bsing and save up for that evo. Isn't that why we're all here? Lol
I am thinking of this bumper though.

Thunderoz had this and I LOVED the way it looked on his car. And larger opening for this intercooler. According to Thunderoz the material was flexible but the site says fiberglass so I'll have to research that. But either way it's only $160! A bumper for less than a grill from RRM. So we'll see...

Small update.
For those waiting on the swap I talked to Mirage man last week. Unfortunately he still has one half of the bracket fabbed up. He's been pretty busy. I told him no worries, Im working on other things right now(like radiator, need new front tires, need new O2 sensor), and the conversion is worth the wait anyway. So when I get more news Ill let you guys know.
So, as part of my cooling system upgrade since Im auto I need to do something about tranny cooling. You guys know Im using an Evo cooler as my tranny cooler. Originally the evo cooler uses banjo bolts so I had to find these...

6np x m18 All the way from Australia. Couldnt find anyone in the us who had them. (Didnt search THAT hard but still.) So yeah, the threads on the Evo cooler are m18. The stock tranny hose is 3/8 which is 6np. So, Like I said before. The mounting points match right up.

One in the wheel well & one under the hood.
And I got this.

BAM! lined up and ready for air. Dont mind the intercooler pipe. I can strap that down. Now just need to get some 3/8 braided hose and 90 degree swivel adapter and Ill have a working cooler.
Pic of the tranny hoses going on the line.
The amount of slack I had. I ordered 5' of nylon braided hose and that was quite enough. Nylon braided because obviously the heat factors and if you do something, you do it right.
What I'd like to do is make a funnel or channel of some type to direct air straight to the cooler. Suggestions?

Well, still progressing. Working on this fuel map. Seems like everybody got a nice fuel map made for them except slatermvp & current I. Lol its cool we're working through it. MAF scalings are about set. 600 may be too low. But up top is looking good. So I'm getting tired of this cel I have (bank 1 too lean) figure its injector scalings. Logged fuel trim low mid & high.
High is always 0. Low both times 12.5 & mid is 8-12 both logs as well. If I recall thats a lot of fuel the ecu is trimming. So that means my ibv scalings are too high? Do I adjust at the 14.06 range & above?
Also i can get a first gear wot pull no problem kicks into second around the 3k range and a lot less pull going on but boost is still around 7 pounds. Timing too low? What do you guys think?
