You guys keep speaking about knock count. Does ecuflsh allow you to see your knock count? Please inform!

 

Yes. The logged value is labeled "Knock Count." It's probably the most important thing you can log.

I'm buying it off my-lancer, hes trustworthy right? He says there is no map with it. With a base map is it completely driveable or am I gonna wanna do other stuff as well. It does come with a start up wizard...

well i thought that they usually come with a base map, because thats how its plug and play. it will give you a base. but once you get that in, you have to do some tuning. and it may be a lot of tuning. (by a lot of tuning, i mean tuning everything)

 

Hey cant I just copy one of these guys map who are useing evoscan? Is it gonna be possibe for me to get it in good working order for now, then get it tuned proff. later? And any pointers on tuneing it myself?

 

Best bet it to not screw with it until you can get to a shop and let them work on it to make sure you dont destroy anything

hey senate can you explain to me how i should rescale my injectors+latency table because my low and mid fuel trims are off. i scale them to 15%(i have 440's) what should i do about the injector latency battery voltage table? once i scale them down it doesnt wanna run/idle
on mitsulogger it says m low is 7 and my mid is -7 and high is of corse near 0.
on the new version of evoscan im at 128 low, 75 midd, and 100 high.
whats your thoughts?

i dont really know i have not had any experience with the aem ems. i plan on going to efi to take thier basic and advanced class, but untill then i myself wouldnt lay a finger on it, if theres no base anything. but when you buy it brand new it should have something on thier. as of right now i myself (if i where u) would drive sumwhere to have it tuned, put it on the dyno, replace ecu, and make some runs with someone that knows what their doing. haha, but thats just me
im figuring out openecu as i go along, but openecu is 15% of what a full standalone is. (im guessen 15%, i dont really know, haha)
