alright as far as the ems is. were you the one that bought it off here for 900? haha cuz i just emailed that guy today and i guess he sold it yesterday. anyways, if so whats the product number for it?
as for the base tune. i guess their is a wizard at setup that lets you make a base map for the car. so thats some good news, but as far as base is concerned, its a base. nowhere near what you prolly want it, so try it out and if its not for you, take it to a certified shop that can get it done right

 

haha it was! so that one will fit our car without a problem? i seen that the model number ended with a 13 which is for the evo i thought. and the 11 or 12 is for us. unless they are all the same i dont know. rre sells the 12 i believe for our car

 

n/m that wouldnt have worked for mine, haha i guess its that time of ngiht for me. i have a oz dur. mine calls for the one that ends with a 12

Trims do matter, but the injector latency is likely to be fine. You should only really need to increase the injector scaling a little to compensate for your injectors.

SO i hook the cable up, and tell it to read the ecu, and a box pops up and it does nothing, there is nothing in the box.

 

which version of ECUflash? the newer ones I've had a lot of problems with, the older one seem to work a lot better for us.

Do i need anything but the program and cable, do i need some other file to get my files of my car? It recognizes the cable in the lower right, but when the box opens "read" is faded and there is no data in the box.

 

alright well that doesnt make sense because when you up the scaling you have to up the latency to go with the bigger injectors?no? bigger injectors need more dead time. but i think im going to leave mine scaled the way they are and watch the afrs like a hawk. i really dont boost to much now, we just got 5 inches of snow on the ground. ek
