Now that I've taken another look at it you have always had a 81870017 rom id so the xml I have for you is incorrect in many spots. I need your origional 81870017 xml. That or you can just copy the maps into it if you want yourself

lol well that what senate put for his master def file "81870015 - 2003 ES, AT" but ill give the new one a try and ill send you the 17 one


but i do remember that senate never had a 17 one and when i used the 15 it would create the 17 one after using te 15 to inherit from

i gave up lol. but i got ur 512kb rom working great.

UPDATE: im just stupid and ecuflash is not reading our ecus as an evo :fail: lol

sweet it worked i just need to set all the endian from little to big cause my x and y axis are messed up but it works now i can see the tranny map

Lol yeah i just noticed that myself everything is fine except it was the old style of xml.

ok with new one everything normal so now im not sure what to change in the tranny map cause i dont want to make a drastic change it and it go boom and i see that it has the maps for 5th gear?

I think the guys that did the mapping for the evo gta didn't label them properly where these maps are based on.

Couple things to try is decreasing the shfit time to 20 msec and see if it goes into gear faster.

And you can try adding a shift pressure just don't go crazy with it. Try adding like 30% to the pressure and see if its shifts into gear harder. Just drive slow because its going to be trail and error on how firm the shifts will become.

ok, i finally figured out the root of our problem.
you need to have two def files separate(hence why it worked when i put the modded xml in the evo folder).

so heres what i did:

made a folder inside the lancer rommetadata, put the modded xmls inside it.
its also more organize that way.
