Got a question! Im still using the evo settings for the injector base (0x18) and injector battery latencies, but randomly at idle my wide band will go way lean off the charts and you can hear the sound of the engine change when it does this, its like a lower idle. Also when driving my WB reads 14.3-15.6 like normal, however when i come to a stop, WB goes way lean to like 16.8 then slowly adjusts to the normal readings. What would cause this? Is this an effect of my injector battery latecnies being off?
One more thing! When the car is completly cold, i start the car up and it revs to like 3,000 RPM then drops revs and dies, my timing at this point is like 32* idk if that has anything to do with it, maybe ill adjust the low coolant temp timing trim table, but when hot the car starts up np, but bogs down a few times until idle is fixed, almost feels like a bad MAF but i have no codes pending..hmm

I know, right? During business hours...that's when RoadSpike and I get our talks in...when we're supposed to be working!
The Evo settings for battery latencies? I thought we talked about this. Those are set for the injector. Evo injectors=evo latencies. Lancer injectors = lancer latencies. WRX injectors = WRX latencies. They are calibrated so that when the car does it's thing and supplies power to the injector, the computer knows how long that injector is going to squirt fuel. If you tell the car it's going to squirt for 1ms, just an example, and it really squirts for .5ms, then you'll have less fuel, and the car goes lean.

Lol! same here im always on AIM now when i got some serious questions that i know he will have answers to
No not really true. If you change the injector base, along with the injector battery latencies, you change the whole thing. Im not talking about just keeping the lancer injector base with lancer voltage settings.. Spiker and i decided to change this to see if it would make a diff i the IPW vs coolant temp table, it wouldt change no matter what i input when it was hot, it was always the same, but changing the injector base to 0x18 and then multiply the latencies by .625 i belive it was, i was able to adjust the table now, sorta weird, hehe. I think i fixed it just now, the latencies were just a tad off!
Also i was hearing a fluttering sound when getting on the gas, i was like WTF? turns out one of the exhaust mani studs broke where the nut is, so i gotta get a new one and tighten her back up

You guys wanna try out SD?
- Smooth as buttah idle with big cams
- No getting under the car when a pipe blows off can just drive home
- VTA BOV if you care for it
- Maf restriction gone... well duh
