Surely you dont have too the height change a tiny bit but not much to effect any sort of clearance. Im using my exhaust manifold from my 4g93 no problems at all, surely with the turbo setup as long as the height changes gradually i dont see why you have to get a new manifold.

did yall dyno that new setup yet?
To be quite honest with you i rather deal and concentrate selling these heads DOHC/DOHC Mivec in the USA. Just trying to get a customer there that will actually try the setup i guarantee you wont be disappointed, specially when you plug in the ECU to suite

modifications available cams a wide variety of cam setups you can also get the stock cam regrinded, cam gears (same from 4G92 mivec/4G93T/4G 4G93P), retainers and springs are same as 4g 4g93 DOHC there is plenty out there what ever you need just PM me.

u mean the head might hit the hood from lift? (like honda swaps...)

cuz if thats true, i 100% want to do it just so i can be a hood knocker also..
would 100% make my day, i can laugh at the honda guys about there simple swaps with my frankenstein
Yes sorry i did not notice that.

In the 5G mirage/lancer 4G94 with DOHC clearance is fine. Surely it will be fine also on the Lancer 03-On with 4G94.

But surely when i install the mivec head which is 1inch higher it will hit the hood

So say, someone was to buy the head how hard is it and for what vehicle do you get the camshafts/springs for? And when you buy a head does it come with the dohc ecu or is that an extra charge?

From everything i have talked to luis about its a complete swap and comes with everything needed. so that would include the ecu.

its a direct swap. so you could upgrade to a better head gasket and some arp head studs at the same time to increase the clamping power onto the block.

Its not hard to find camshafts, valve springs and retainers. Compared to mivec you really only have one choice JUN cams, with the DOHC you have a choice of regrinds or aftermarket camshafts available from the 4G93DOHC 4G.

All you need to do is ask and i shall provide, we have a few in stock but not a great deal. Items that arent available can always be ordered and show up in a couple of days at the most.

DOHC ECU is optional and is not included with the package, BUT if you guys have a piggy back ECU that can alter your a/f and ignition timing there is no need for this. If you wish to increase RPM thats a diffrent story but some piggy back ECU can also increase your factory rev limiter anyway such as EMS stinger and Greddy emanage untilmate.

I was looking into your site WWW.LLT-RACING.COM and i cannot click on any of the links what i am trying to do is see how much this would be with ecu shipped to US. Would it be 1850 UA? also how would one go about ordering one? do you have a site, Other then the one listed above that you can order parts from? Since these heads are more then likely used are they checked for warpage do they need new valves, valve guides, valve seals? Is there any type of warranty on the ecu is it new or used? Lastly You recommend getting[*]Timing belt[*]Water pump[*]Upper and lower oils seals[*]Tensioner bearings, Can these be bought threw you or would A US dealers be able to get these in? And if US dealer is able to can you give the part number for them so that i can call and get a quote. And Sorry for the bombardment of questions.

Sorry for the inconvinience. Our web designer is really busy so i was left with making a temp. one im no web builder and i have not completed the site

All the details are found at this time in MLGA, to be exat at this address:-

http://miragelancer.com/community/vi...p=17447#p17447

Details of pricing on ECU/Manifolds/TB is there.

Regarding the heads they are used, but i did go to taiwan personally and hired ppl my self they are experienced mechanics and all heads are carefully picked and crack tested. About warpage all used heads in my experience has some warpage since they are aluminium, this is why i highly recommend when buying a used head to get them steam cleaned (i dont recommend acid cleaning) and a light shave to maintain 100% seal between head and block of course with the aid of a decent head gasket.

If you follow my thread in MLGA you will find that i rebuilt the head and retained the stock valve springs and retainers and fitted brand new valve seals on them apart from that if you have extra coin i recommend buying a new valve cover seal and plug seals too

All our ECU's are used and tested, we usually dont buy any of them below 99 model. So dont worry to much about that.

Recommendation

* Timing belt is diffrent so it has to be changed, we have part numbers
* Water pump why not since your going to replace timing belt and idler bearing
* Upper seals X 2 and main crank seal is also a must to change, specially if you have a high milleage engine
* Tensioner bearing must be change to 70mm type, so no choice there you can use the stock 60mm bearing if you use the 4G93E hydraulic oil pump. Its a better pump compared to the stock unit and tension varies upon revolution less drag.

For sure will help you find parts or we can supply them to you, but if you require part numbers why not. Will be more than happy enough to quote them here if needed, no problems about questions ask as much as you like and i will answer them as best as i can.
