MIrage head = SOHC and arguably the same head as a 4G94.

This head - DOHC and uber rare.

uhuh with the way the AU dollar is going plus a 35KG package via EMS i guess it explains it. Would be impressed with the way it performs stock

You can mount this on your 4G94 block but i found if the setup is in a 5G mirage the oil may hit the hood. Not sure about the USA Lancers i believe they have a little more clearance.

hahaaaa i just installed the throttle cable the car originally had a 4G15 had to rip out all the loom etc.. i just installed a 4G93 throttle cable so i can test drive the damn thing.

Yeah adustable cam gears, hi flow cat and new gearbox havent brought to dyno yet. Keep you posted, and 4g93 mivec is finished.

Sigh......an engine swap is a MUST in my future due to my car burning oil like there is no tomorrow. I'd rather use that excuse AS an excuse to get me a new engine

Ok yesterday i bypassed the factory immobilizer and installed the DOHC ECU. Car behaves like a totally diffrent machine and revs all the way out to 8100RPM ill dyno it tomorrow and post the new sheets up.

Only mods between the last dyno run is a magnaflow hi flow cat, DOHC ECU and Cam gears (not dialed in)

Wow very nice. Just wondering i didnt see the question asked so here it is say you already have a turbo 4g94 sohc and you get this dohc conversion do you need to buy a new manifold? i see the intake will fit but is the exhaust flange the same or different?

ya i had e-mailed him that question basically.. and what kinda upgrades are there for the head.. being in the states we really dont see all the advertisements for these motors..

did yall dyno that new setup yet?

u mean the head might hit the hood from lift? (like honda swaps...)

cuz if thats true, i 100% want to do it just so i can be a hood knocker also..
would 100% make my day, i can laugh at the honda guys about there simple swaps with my frankenstein
