RRM vs Jet

ok I put a short ram intake in my es, I just ordered a catback exaust, and my next mod will be either the rrm piggyback, or a Jet performance chip...

so which is beter? the chip is less than half the cost of the piggyback, so thats drawing my eye a bit. Is one more powerful than the other? how much power do u get from each? I know everyone here has good words about rrm, but i few of my friends say Jet performance is good too. So can some lancer exp's help me out? Thank u much!

I personally trust RRM more, I've seen Jet on ebay more than anywhere else (take that as you will). I would be curious to see the power curve on a Jet chip.

One other thing is the ease of uninstall. The Jet chips sometimes require soldering in. Also what do you do while they have your computer. You car is then non-operational... what if their setup doesn't work right... it's not like you can just take it off/out. The piggy back from RRM gives you this ability. I've also heard some bad things about JETS tuning. What really sucks is if you want to upgrade to forced induction later you can't unless you have jet remove the upgrade. Then your really out of luck as not many will buy it from you. The piggy can be taken off and sold or if you want to go STAGE 2 RRM turbo you can just have it reprogrammed for that. All in all you still never lose your car due to sending in your ecu!
