ok i have the same rpm hang problem you guys are experiencing and i have a manual...it did it right when i got the recall done and i notice it more when i'm accelerating hard rather than when i'm ***** footing it....ima take it back tomorrow and see what they say...probably that they can't do anything, and i already found out that they can't go back to the original coding

THE HANG HAPPENS AFTER THE RECALL. But all you have to do if it happens is reset your ecu by disconnecting your battery... this should allow the ecu relearn everything with the new flash. At least thats what the dealer told me when i took it back and things have been running okay for 3 days now.

ok i just got the letter....but i cant drive for another couple of weeks because of my accident (my car is unharmed as it was not invloved in the accident...i got ran over....come back out between the tires with a broken shoulder and scraped up my whole entire arm and face....) So is there a deadline for this recall? and does it matter if i have a SRI? when my cousin took his integra back to honda for tune up, his K&N got changed back to the OEM filter by the stealership and he didn't notice it until the next day...so no luck getting it back...

Do we really need to get this recall done??? Is it dangerous or is it just a CEL light?

if you have aftermarket header in you dont need this done, at certain parts in the rpm rang there is extra fuel that the first cat cant take care of so it is burning it up and in turn melting itself

thing is though when it melts it backs up the exhaust... but w/ the other problems it may not be worth it for a lil while anyways

it doesnt matter what mods you have to get it done. And on the K&N filter, thats why you tell them not to change cause you got a different filter. i had that too and thats what i did. otherwise they just put a new oem filter in and your out like 40 bucks.
