I just recently bought a 2008 Lancer ES and none of my relays are green except the one that is kind of see thru. I have had the problem of it not starting a couple times now. I would put the key in and go to turn it over, then the dashboard lights would flash and you can hear a steady clicking around the fuse box next to the battery and a little bit through the engine conpartment. It acts like the battery is dead because It won't let me unlock the door with the smart key before it won't start.

 

Hi, new here and having the issue with my 2009 Lancer SE not starting, just wondering what the 4 relays are (which ones), sorry I may have missed it in the forum.
