Evo X vs. Evo VIII and IX
Whats up guys, don't really mess with the "X" forum, but would like to get some input from anyone on the 2010 "X"... Im currently in a 2006 TB MR SE with about 4,600 miles loooking to maybe get into a X just see if anyone has done the same or why they would or wouldn't make the switch?
BlackBat I traded my 06 Evo IX in for the 08 X, mainly for the super all wheel drive technology.
Anyway, after about 1000 miles on the X I started regretting trading in my IX!. In my opinion my old Evo had better seats, quicker steering and FELT faster, especially beyond 3,000 rpm. At first I thought the trade was worth it, but the more I drove my X the more I missed the rawness on my former car. I am actually considering going back to the IX. (giving up AYC is a small penalty for me)

Or just sell to me. IX MR SE w/ 4600 miles. Nice! If it is low mods or no mods that would be better. No accident/paint, etc? TB is not my #1 choice, but maybe I could deal.
(I don't really have funds to buy a car right now. But... yours would probably be #1 on the list if all that stuff was right!)

I went from a IX MR to a X GSR last spring. The X is nicer to drive, but the IX was more fun. Im glad i went to the X, but then if i would have known what i know now, i would have kept my IX. Personally IMO, keep your IX.

Thanks for the heads up. If I had known about this earlier, I would have thought twice about "trading up".
