You do remember telling all of us about your 6262, right? Please keep this is mind while posting your "proof" than Anarchy sent you a 6265 instead of a 6765. That a shop has said that you handed them a 6265 might not be sufficient.

I'm struggling to see how this is the seller's fault.

did you not read the entire thread? There is a possibility that it is and that's all I will say until further proof if any shows up.

I have my 6262 still on the car and I can prove it I bought it as a kit from ETS and I have papers. the shop has noting about it brought them turbo form Anarchy99 and it was installed and you can see the result of that turbo, after it was sent to PT and you also see the result.

but where is the seller? and how he can prove that it was 6765? I want my money back but as you see here is the real face of "perfect" seller with "perfect" reputation

I agree that the seller should post again, but must also point out that you are as incapable of proving that he sent you a 6265 as (you say that) he is incapable of proving that he sent you a 6765.

The word "prove" gets thrown around in these threads a bit too often for my taste.

as every normal person if you were holding such part as turbo in your hands and sold it after packing shipping and bla bla bla you can allways say that it is yours or not

but as I see the seller doesnt care about this issue and I believe it is not normal, and I would really appreceate if administration could help me to slve this issue

ofcourse I can sell it here on evom.net showing all papers from PT that it was refreshed and new owner will be happy about it, but it seems to me that in this case everybody have to be informed about indecent seller Anarchy99

The administration steps in when there is a case of someone clearly scamming another person. We rarely do it because this can be hard to prove. In other cases, we attempt to facilitate discussion between both parties. This is done on a voluntary basis, mostly by me and a few other people. We do encourage a response from the seller, but in the end the thread will speak for itself.

Please keep in mind the first sentence of our dispute forum notice:
Evolutionm is not in a position to monitor transactions or to determine the “true facts” in disputes.
I will refrain from sharing my opinion on this thread, but I will say that I would not intervene with the number of uncertainties still present in my mind regarding your transaction.

I've been watching this thread since its birth and wow is all I can say. Probably never going to buy used parts from here again unless I can physically touch it. Even though its hard to prove some of the facts of who did wrongdoing at this late in the game I wish you the best of luck 4UcK my fellow european.

it seems funny how one of the mods says he isn't pro one side, yet their are new facts on here now and doesn't seem to care.. i haven't had an opinion on this but if its a completely wrong turbo then the sale should be refunded considering its not the item he bought.

im sure anarchy will comment on this shortly, to help clarify this.

Can't call them facts... Facts have evidence ... I'm naturally a paranoid person both when selling and buying, and there's no proof that he was given the wrong turbo. Nothing is stopping him from sending a different turbo in to get work done, or that the info is 100% its very easy to fake papers. On the flip side it also doesn't look good for the seller either.
