BTW, I'm down in Peru for the National Tour. The real fast XP porsche showed up. It's going to be really interesting to see how my times compare. Looks like he's been spanking everyone in XP so far this year. . .

Peru Indiana, not Peru the country!! And I actually trailered it.

The wing held up at over 100mph so far. It is plenty sturdy. . . sustained 80-90mph for 5 hours.

Once I get back home to my official "test track" I will test it at higher speeds.

i agree with the needing more support. if anything better support might make the wing more efficient and consistant. maybe like the subaru WRT has the rear wing supports.

Have you calculated how much downforce that will provide at typical autocross cornering speeds?

I have them in a 17x9 +35mm size. I have been thinking about replacing them with the same rim, but in a 18x10, but I will have to run a larger spacer, probably a 10 to 15mm spacer depending on the available offsets.

~200# @ 60mph in clean air. Probably a little bit less actually on the car.

BuddyClub North America lists them as coming in +35 and +12, but BC Japan says they actually only come in +12 (which of course would require a wide body). If they will make a +35, I will order a set also. What was the actual weight of yours? BC lists the 18x10 @ 16.2#.

They sell race gas at the site, but you and I are going to need to get retuned down there, since it's ~1000' elevation. I haven't decided exactly when I'm going and coming back yet, but I should decide soon. My car is going down in a 3-car enclosed toter, so I'll be flying unless I decide just to make the drive.

The spokes are filled with Hydrogen, just like the old hydrogen blimps that blew up . . .

BTW, both the CE28N and the new RE30 are lighter than the TE-37
