EVO Aerodynamics Review
Good info, thank you!
I run whatever class they toss me in. Its just for fun (car is built for track duty). I've been running OSP or WRG. My mods put me out of anything short of a prepared class. That's why I end up having to run Limited at GTA, though my car is far from worthy LOL.
Even still, I don't think ill ever need to go more than 6".

Our Site has not officially launched but we have a set of large canards I designed.
If you have Facebook you can see them and contact me on our page there until the website launches.

Canards are also custom made out of aluminium and bolted through the bumper.
Happy as with the performance i had a smaller one modelled on the APR front splitter design but needed something larger as i was suffering alot of understeer from my voltex rear spoiler and varis rear diffuser. The bigger canards and front splitter definately helped to balance the car more evenly.
I think the canard angle is probably too aggressive but i was kinda limited here.
Next will be a set of varis side skirts and the under panels they come with also. will try to link these in to the diffuser and front splitter to essentially make a flat bottom except for the area where the exhaust and diffs are
We have found here that it works good but only on low angles of attack. Im sure if u had the full cyber aero kit u could wind more downforce into it with higher angles of attack etc
There was a video floating round youtube which showed the cyber evo in a wind tunnel. Unfortunately it is all in japanese.

DHP made some carbon canards with an actual camber and gurney flap for Joe. I bought them when Joe started going down the road he is now.
From DHP have to cut them yourself and the attachment to the bumper is with carbon angle so the installation is a bit "time attacky."
I imagine they would make some for anyone else who asks.
They likely provide a much better lift/drag ratio than straight canards which seems like they would cause some separation on the back side of the canard.

Yea basically how i understand it is its essentially like having a giant gurney flap ontop of your wing. Weve found we have to run it pretty flat but i saw on the voltex video on youtube they wind it up quite a bit. It would all come down to the rest of your aero. If ur running something like the tilton evo from australia youd probably get away with massive angle of attack due to the balance up front.
