Partly for tire clearance, partly so I could block off the front bumper for Aero.

Do you still need brackets or did you come up with another solution?

I see, thanks. Since I'm not there yet (or never), and no way I can/will make those 2" brake cooling hoses work I think it's best I just upgrade and keep the oil cooler at the stock location

just received my backup TC/wavetrac/upgraded gearset from Shep. It took longer than the one I sent to TRE. It's "painted" I think TRE's work is way better, and he uses a nice thick reusable o-ring also.
Now I can do some aggresive launches

Jacks paints them too and it looks like crap. TRE actually strips it and it comes back looking brand new. It might be superfluous but goes to show the level of details they care about.

I completely agree.
I like how TRE marks his bolts. They seem to have a "maker/checker" QA process. I did have to undo some of them for inspection/installation.

His upgraded R&P is from Shep btw

Or an " I can tell you opened it up, so no warranty for you" process.

yes, cause at least next time when it looks like super **** it can at least just be cleaned back to raw casting and not chipped flaking paint.

Pink, red, sharpie on those bolts. You're talking about the red process

Dwindling support is one of the main reasons for my selling the Evo. I don't want to be in a situation where parts become harder to find.
I think now is probably the best time.
