I have the Mynes hood dampers and they're very nice. I also had a set on my IX. PM me for contact info, they're no longer a EvoM sponsor.

I know you said you were coming to the autocross last weekend but then you didn't show. I can only guess the worst after seeing this post.

One of the only countries I will never step foot in again...

We had a guy at work that had religious belief's that required him to wash his ***** at the sink in our public restroom at work. Nothing anyone could do about it, some stuff you just cannot unsee...

AT&T labelled IPhone 4S as 4g even it is only 3g, it's because the 4S speed is as fast the other 4g. Hmmmm.

I took a comparative religion class in college. There is NO religion unless its some made up sex with a snake BS... that requires that. I would have fired the guy right there on the spot.

Also? Whats wrong with my fenders? Jose?

Like I said, you cannot fire someone based on that, unless they just don't sue you. I would request a refund for that class...

Texas. Right to work state. Terminate without cause for any reason.

That said, if you do terminate without cause you have to pay the unemployment. So make up some **** lol (just document it).

You are correct Texas is a right-to-work state but that applies to unions and organizations.

Texas is a right-to-work state. This means that under the Texas Labor Code, a person cannot be denied employment because of membership or non-membership in a labor union or other labor organization.
Being discriminated against due to religion, race, etc is Federal law not only state. Federal supersedes state... So yeah, you better have a good reason and hope the "firee" cannot connect the two in court. That is why most employers just ignore it.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) enforces Federal laws prohibiting job discrimination such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
