Just for the hell of it, Justin, what downpipe are you running? What O2 housing are you buying?

2.5 Outlet on the stock turbo is more than enough dumping into a 3in. downpipe.

Good point Dan, now that you mention it, I think that most O2 housings are not 3" outlets...

i have an invidia 3" ss downpipe, and i got a Megan Racing O2 housing from PPI that is coated with swayntech ceramic.

i'm planning on either doing it myself, or having someone else do it around mid to late january or so, by that time i hope to have a ported and coated exhaust mani too.

Is that because I have broken more parts than you have worked on or is it because you see how my overconfident attitude coupled with the "do's and don'ts" of 4g63 modifying have proven over the *long haul* to be correct and not just a *fad*.

I can't wait to do the parts on your car this weekend and hopefully make it to CBRD in the spring to lay down some sikkkkkkk numbers. 330 mustang whp on well under a grand invested is over optimistic but thats what I want from your piece of **** or I'll light it on fire and **** on the interior.

I did get one but not installed yet.

The best price I found for the Exedy Twin SD, not the more common HD was from CVR motorsports. They were really slow last I dealt with them but their prices are really good. The exedy doesn't come with the TO bearing.

Another new option coming out really soon is the fidanza twin disk. That looks fancy and isn't supposed to "chatter"

I'll be damned Brian. It could be my imagination or the fact that it's a bit warmer today but this seemed to help. Thanks.

All I need to do is start parking like this and I'll be ALL SET! Turbo timer at maximum.

Or it could be because I have known you for 22 years and we have been dicking with cars for the past 7-8 years together and if you ever phucked up my car i would kill you.....but you have broken more parts than me, thanks for paving the way for "what not to do"

See you bright and early tomorrow....the case of IC is chilling in my car, breakfast of champions! Who says drinking and working on cars dont mix!

Hey guys I hope all is well and everyone has got their Holiday shopping out of the way. If not, best of luck to most of you going out at the last minute.

Anyways my announcement is this, my buddy just got an 03 10th anni cobra with 10k and a bunch of mods allowing it to put down 520rwhp. Anyways as we all know i haven't ever given the car a fair chance as it is made by bored, i mean ford. However after driving in it (slowly) i must say those cars are just plan out nasty and are what raw power is all about. Can't wait to get a chance to drive it in the SUMMER with NEW tires.

Hopefully my buddy will be willing to come to a few meets, this is honestly the cleanest and most tastefully done cobra i have ever laid eyes on.

Have a happy and safe holiday guys!

Steve

Yeah, I have to admit, they are pretty ridiculous...especially for a Ford. It is probably the only car under 30 grand that takes as easily to mods as our cars. Actually, it takes better to mods. Plus its got IRS, which is also nice. Pretty much the only Ford besides a Ford GT that I would ever consider owning and actually desire to own.
