Im with marc if my wife were doing that I'd sure as hell wouldn't be mad if someone told me. Being the informant would make me feel like I'm sticking my nose too far into someones business.

Oh and snitches get stitches.

I know a kid that had his bachelor party at this dive strip club up by hazelton PA. I forget what it's called but when they walked in, nobody was there. They had to call the girls in. The dude getting married ended up banging on of the strippers right in the main room. Apparently they were all pretty horrible looking.

Bummed I missed the auto-x with you guys this past sunday. Even more bummed as to why I couldnt make it. So does anyone have a set of wheels that I could borrow or buy? The car is currently in Newark, DE and I need to get it back to mass.

I think I bent a control arm also and possibly some other stuff but if I could limp it back home that would be better than putting it on a flatbed.

not me but i did go to delilah's for my bachelor party. the dude that planned it planned for us to eat at delilah's. i really didn't have any desire to find out what a delilah's burger consisted of.

Well I spoke to a Tech guy at Exedy and he told me that they recommend 500 miles for street driven cars. A race car will never see close to that amount of miles that is never driven on street, in that situation he told me to do the following:
I am supposed to do 20 1-3 gear shifts and then down shift 3-1, after that I am supposed to let the car cool for approx a 1/2 hour. The repeat the 20 gear shifts same as before then proceed to let car cool 1/2 hour. Then repeat that process of 20 gear shiftss except 2nd-3 then downshift 3-1 and let car cool. After that he said to do a few 1st gear launches to make sure everything is good and then the clutch will be broken in.

This process lets the clutch material heat cycle a few times and all the gear shifting induces the clutch pad wear so the disc surfaces mate up. 500 miles that is recommended in their instruction manual increases the heat cycles and the clutch pad wear process for a car that you need the clutch to go 50000 miles. I guess this method I was told to do is the down and dirty way to get it done. I am sure it will be fine.... Guy who explained this to me told me he does this exact process in his Rally car and has had no problems.

mike, give me your car tonight and i'll get 300-400 miles on it by friday.

if it doesn't have inspection stickers and that's all it needs, give me $50 and i'll get them tomorrow.

just putting it out there. i drive in plenty of stop and go traffic.

Thanks, I was being stupid so I cant really blame anyone aside from myself. The back end stepped out around this corner and I couldnt pull it in on time so the rear quarter bumper area made contact with the concrete barriers. It them pulled the front end towards it but I managed to only destroy the wheel in the front and no other body pieces.

Two wheels destroyed along with a tire. I may be able to salvage the front tire but I dont think the rims will buff out...

I am a little stuck at the moment as far as the best course of action and totally bummed out. For now some rims would help to get things rolling(no pun intended). I am not sure what damage is done to the suspension but it would be nice to compare or have someone more educated than me take a look.
