Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
Dear Daniel,
I understand we all have jobs. Thank you for the not so subtle "I'm awesome" post. I hope it pumps up your ego. I am not making excuses or b!tching. Just saying this current project has me working more time than I would prefer, not even allowing for drinking.
At bens house was the first beer in a long while. That being said, you are right. I need to suck it up and do it. I wana dabble in AutoX again bc I cant afford track ATM.
Cant wait to see you smile,
Ryan

Dear Ryan,
We all also have jobs. To put things into perspective, I'm the only person who is specialized in my discipline in not only the entire hospital but the region of Philadelphia where the hospital is located.
We all have duties and are busy.
End the excuses.
Always thinking of you,
Dan

My post wasn't intended to point out how awesome I am. It was to demonstrate that someone else gets busy with work as do others. My one man horse and pony show here in the hospital is more of a burden than ideal. It sucks but administration won't give me a coworker so I find myself being responsible for a lot more than I'd like to be responsible for.
Thank you and good morning.
Thank you and good morning.
Yeah but she is for a per diem basis only.
My former coworker may actually take my boss' position. That would be seriously awesome since she's a good friend of mine and has a good head on her shoulders

have to rant.
so much work somedays I go into work and don't know where to start. the other day I went to bed @ 1 am then got woken up by a phone called at 1:30AM and didn't go back to sleep. Our company managing systems outside of the country now but we don't even have a 24/7 staff. I don't know if I can handle support every freakin time zone.
we have offices in UK, France, Australia, china malaysia, and thailand to name a few.

I don't think I could handle it if work deprived me of sleep aside from getting up early.
I was approached about a position in west Chester but it was only for slightly more than part time. I said if they can pay me what I'm making full time in the city then it would be a no brainer. I dint think I'll be hearing back from them.
I'm all about whoring out the wife to do work for private pay patients. There is a market out there and currently no one in my area doing that. If she has mild to moderate success with it, I plan to build a private practice and incorporate insurance reimbursement into it. That's ideally where I want to go with my career. It's difficult and there are lots of barriers to achieving this so I'll have to see how it goes.
My father-in-law started his business in the 80s and he and all of his partners agreed to not be paid for 3 months (they took out personal loans and everything). Today, he spends his weekends in his multimillion dollar shore house.
I can only dream of having things turn out they way.
