Just got a little worse... it's not the ecu, it's the balance shaft belt. It was rubbing on something and snapped, causing the oil pump to not spin which set off the low oil pressure safety switch and shut the engine off. These guys are pretty confident the motor is still fine. I'm takin the car to Rt/tuning to get it done right! Vince said my car will be done in time for the gta event so im happy about that at least.

It's alive!....again....for like the 5th time. Maybe I can crack that critical 25 miles on a new engine mark. A 2 week engine swap turned into 6 months now.

Same motor. What it boiled down to was the piston was undersized by .001-.002 from Manley. I was an idiot and I never measured the pistons, just they cylinder walls. I assumed that they would all be within spec since they were new and directly from Manley. It was causing piston slap and damaging the rings so it had slightly lower compression. I don't want to sell a car that isn't 100%. I'm going to drive the **** out of it, retune it this coming week and hope it sells immediately. I have 2 specific cars I want to buy before they sell.

Nice job driving by the both of yous!

Shame I will be getting new tires shortly, that will NOT happen again anytime soon. It was like the more we drove the slower we got, similar to my Meadowland experience last week. I was getting frustrated my last couple runs today. Simmons jumped in a Miata his last run, he wanted nothing to do with my car at that point, oh the shame...

SJ Region is not set up for larger venues or high attendence levels it seems. They run a relaxed program, definitely not like a Philly region event. If they keep that airport and learn how to better utilize runways they will be a region that will grow and probably change the way they run events, props to them for acquiring that MASSIVE sight on the water. Loved the background of water and Casinos, reminded me of Camden site back in the day, background of course was bridge and Philly skyline for those who never ran there.
