Kam Specialties in Reading did mine. Give Bryner a call @ (610) 777-9702.

I'm running a signal straight off the manifold, with no tee's, so it sees solid vacuum and boost. I will give another signal line a try and see if that works though. I'll have to switch the signal line between my MBC and BOV, but thats on biggie.

I don't think its compressor surge though, that would happen @ WOT. I've experienced that before on another car, basically the turbo is putting out more air then the engine can injest causing a wave of pressure to be sent back to the compressor. this problem only happens when the throttle plate shuts.

Sounds similar to what happened to me after my second tune with the IX turbo. I was on the HKS SSQV at the time, and it would only happen when I give alittle gas to pass someone, and then let off, or try to hold the pedal steady. The car would buck and bov continuously go off.

The old HKS does that horribly. The newer design before the current one seemed to eliminate that when I ran one. What did Jim lay down? A real number that is.

Almost forgot. I got the injectors today. They are not 1400CC Boschs. They're the 1600cc pintle style that doesn't work well. I also have to machine them to make them fit as the fuel rail end is too large and doesn't enter the rail far enough. Not a big deal with a lathe at work but I wanted to drop them in tonight. I don't have the time to sell and buy another set so I'm going to try them out while I look for a set that will work better.
