any one can run TT with EMRA, they dont have DE, just TT. so you must sign up to run TT and you have instructor until they sign off for solo. you can still get timed even with instructor in the car. you can buy season TT license for $40 or get weekend TT license for $25

Just more motivation to kick *** for 2 days.. I like to be challenged and enjoy pressure situations, especially when it comes to competing. So if this is all of a sudden a big track competition, I will treat it as such.

Like this weekend for instance, we are going to run against guys in our class who are racing at this air base all the time with their region. Its their home court, they know the place. When I run this weekend I am all business, not there to party, even though I do quite well with that too. I still think we have to much car and enough skill to win again. We shall see, hopefully I go back to back WIN each weekend. That is if you can even win an HPDE, whatever I will be all business both weekends, party is way secondary now

Don't underestimate Marc, I've been on track with him, he knows what he's doing and he's quick. He may have been alone in his class but he beat a lot of the other drivers competing RTA that day. I just posted that piture because its funny as Sh**!

Out of curiosity, what do I win if I beat your times? I don't remember actually betting dinner for one or however many people are going. Another thing, what happens if I don't beat your times until Sunday, then I would have bought dinner but not actually lost bet I never made..

Sorry, I didn't realize there were so many track "experts" on this thread. I will watch myself
Picture was funny, even though dude was up there by himself the smile was ear to ear, obviously happy with his weekend accomplishment of beating some other peeps times.

Guten morgen!

I am first to post for the day. This is a first. It also helps that it is 1pm here in the Nederland. Even though I am here, I am following all the smack talk from abroad. It is quite entertaining and really wish I was attending the event to see how it all shakes out live. I am sure the posts will be plenty afterwards.

Here is my hot rod for the week....Audi A1. At first I thought my car was having idle issues when it would shut off at the stop lights. But then I realized it is all a gas saving technique. As soon as I push in the clutch, it starts back up and off I go.

Little does Hertz realize, I like to drag race and smoke clutches. The clutch feels like it belongs in a Power Wheel.

Im not the one with the loud mouth saying I would do this and that on a track that I have not been at before. Im just saying put your money where your mouth is. if you're that confident then you have nothing to worry about. Talk is cheap son. Com at meh kid

Really, you guys all have plenty to say too. What kind of lame azz throws a bet out there and takes no risk himself. That is straight up gay. If your so confident then come up with a realistic bet. To be honest I have no need to bet anyone, this is interesting enough from a smack talk perspective.

Some facts:

I have never driven track
I have not done a track day in 5-6 years
I have not driven car on track with its current set up
I only make comments on videos or pictures that I see something I think is wrong, just because you have not been to a track does not mean you cannot identify a problem

You guys are all upset I am not bowing down to everyone acting all skurd. This is because I have seen MOST of you race Autox and y'all aren't that good. So I ASSUME y'all aren't that good at this track day thing too... Either you know how to drive or you don't, adding 50 mph makes no difference. Now you understand my logic... I will beat most of your times based on that (in my mind). If not I will have fun trying. If I suck I will be the first to point it out, make fun of myself.

Is what I am saying not truthful, unrealistic or off base??

Tim, vacation or work?

Mad bench racing up in here! All I can say is, I ran my simulator last night and with my current set-up (power, weight, and tire) I should be cranking out low 15's. This should be enough to land me a spot on the podium next weekend.
