Dan O'Donnell is the driver/owner of the Professional Awesome Evo VII. His screename is RAWKUS on here. I remember him from years back when it was a "show-n-shine" Evo VII; very clean. Nice guy, and so is the rest of his crew.
John Torres drives the near stock Evo X MR that holds all of the "records" for stockish Evo X MR titles...if they're even something to be proud of.

If my car is done, I hope to run in GTA. I still have no motor or turbo kit for my car. Hope they are done next week! I have no intentions of winning anything I just want to have a good time.
NASA is fair with their point system, but it still limits what you can do to the car. Some stupid mods like a JDM rear and vortex generator that don't really have any performance advantage will add points and get you moved up a class quick!
I prefer the broad class rules of GTA/RTA & NARRA that allow you do do whatever mods you want (with in reason) as long as you run on the correct tire (140 utqg or higher) and maintain a specific power to weight ratio for your class. That means you can go crazy with the turbo, motor, suspension and aero but at the end of the day errbody is around the same ballpark cause they police power:weight.

NASA TT or any Time Trials series is about the driver, so they have complex rules and classification to make the car more even, and the faster driver will shine through. Time Attack is more about the Shop/Car. rules are very general and it's which ever shop has the most resource and money are on top. they often hire professional drivers to drive their cars.
I worked with Dan when I was with MAP, they sponsor his car. Dan is a good guy, but I think the car should be bumped up a class in my opinion.

NASA does have unlimited class, TTS, TTU and TTR, where the only qualification is power/weight ratio. all other mods are unlimited.
Time Attack is also more focus on the Tires, class are separated by tire and not as much about mod. you can have 600 whp car running street tires as long as you have a cat, which is retarded.

Truth you speak it.

Yeah but how are the next classed cars prepped. Just throwing Dan into next class could make the car an underdog. Just gotta compare current times with the next class times I suppose but that might make that team just jump out of the series totally and maybe bring some friends with them.
I sometimes feel the race teams are the ones running the GTA series. 1 team gets pissed all the other will be pissed/protest. Then you have the new guys or small teams that want to run are in for a beating and have no chance to begin with. GTA is the big leagues in the US but it also feels unionized.
