Local Pittsburgh meet part deux
So I guess the question is wether or not to add another inline pump or even a third in tank, or swap out the injectors and add a FPR and rail and see which helps the most. I would be weary of over 100% IDC at those power levels. One thing goes wrong and it could spell disaster.
I would volunteer for you to try out my ID2000's, but they require different solder in connectors and mine are already in use. If you get another set of harnesses and want to give them a whirl, be my guest.

well, even though the evo is not my daily driver, im probably not going to run it at 39psi on the streets unless i go with a saturated injector and can guarantee fuel pressure is adequate. in the mean time ill probably stay safe with 35psi.
i plan to get 1/4 mile times soon and may just keep the psi at 35 there too. That extra 4pounds really isnt necessary unless i am trying to proove the car, in which case it would be smarter for me to focus on weight reduction and everything else before i turn up the power to shakey levels
thanks for the offer jim

did you make the switch to stock ecu or still AEM?
I even have a ecu pin crimping tool - works great and makes professional type connections...
Took the car to the body shop. Apparently their software has no idea that an Evolution exists.
He kept asking me if it was a LE or SE. /le sigh
I had them call Baierl to get the part #.

at least he didn't ask you if it was a Subaru/Honda. i've had that one more than a few times.
Make sure they order new screens if they are needed. I know that all that little stuff like the emblem, screens and pop rivets are all separate part #'s too. The parts alone if you were to swap the 8 bumper to the ix is over $1000 in parts sans shipping. Of course get yourself an SE Lip as well. Its not more expensive just give them the se lip kit part #'s

Neither of them had ever seen/worked on a car like this. He asked me if that was factory or did I do the stuff myself.
