Eh, coulda, woulda, shoulda. Its not like I hate the Toyos, they have their merits like grip, wider footprint, better daily ride - i just miss the turn in with the bstones. Also, because the sidewall is much softer, the steering has become much more vague and sluggish to responses. I'm done with worrying about tires for awhile, I'm getting my portend IM put on right now and I've gotta figure out what I'm going to do about the my damaged Volk wheel. Its always something...

Gentlemen, can anyone recollect what color and viscosity diaqueen 75W85 transmission fluid is? I have a can that's been sitting around that I want to use and it's brownish in color and feels very thin viscosity compared to royal purple and redline. Part number on the can matches, but everything else is in Japanese and the fluid just doesn't look right.

I'd appreciate any help, thank you.

I am pretty sure if I can recall from my 6 speed that it was a brownish color. It had a decent viscosity but no where near as thick as the LSD oil. It was a little thinner than I would have expected but it should be because it needs to be able to flow properly in the smaller 6 speed tranny oil passageways.

All the canisters I bought from Baierl came with just Japanese on the canister. The only thing on it that was in english was the numerical 75W85 and I am pretty sure it said DiaQueen on it too.

I just gave Jason a new unopened canister of it a few months back. Check with him to get a sample of it to see if it matches what you are using.

Hey guys, what are your thoughts on/experience with rexspeed spoilers? I am getting tired of the wing and was thinking of getting their lip spoiler (Type C fits factory holes). Either in carbon or color matched... I'm torn.

I can't say anything about their wings, but I have their carbon hood bonnet - fitment was right on. The clear has held up well and they seem to be well manufactured products.

I have both. Wingless is generally better. Punks don't try and race you. It doesn't stick out. I only swap the wing on when I want something different for a while.

I would hate the holes though so I would likely have them closed up when it is in for the body work on the lip and paint for the bumper. This makes it a little more permanent decision. Which would you prefer, permanently on or off? Ever get under some good boost and speed? Notice a difference?

No problem holiday. I hope that helps. I might even have a half opened canister in the garage somewhere if you are in need.

I thought the regular lancer trunk fits the car. Couldn't you get a regular lancer trunk with no wing on it?

Yes there is a difference at faster speeds. 85 or higher are more stable with the wing. I prefer the car with the wing off.
