Quote: Good lord, I didn't realize morse was that full of it. FYI, I'm director of sales and marketing at PRP and flashlight drags - I attended so I must be director .

On a slightly more serious note, I'm very much debating on going to Maryland International Raceway this weekend to run in their Import vs Domestic World Cup. They have a stock class that I'd qualify for and apparently the winner last year was a GTR running 11.7's - I'm doing quite a bit better than that. Also, its a very well kept track and is at sea level (PRP is 1110ft above sea level). In theory, I'd gain about 15 more bhp and with a good 60ft (I should be able to get into the 1.6's there), I could get into the 11.4's or better. Winner gets $500. Runner up gets $250. Decisions, decisions.
decisions nothing.

DO IT!

go represent Pittsburgh and whoop some butt. hopefully they will have some hotter trophy presenting girls than flashlights.

Can you qualify for a stock class? Do the regulations actually allow aftermarket clutches, injectors, exhaust parts, etc? Is this bracket racing? Curious

I think if I can get the wife to sign my permission slip, I'm going. Might get an oil change/new fluids and have mitsumaster bless the car before doing battle.

Quote: i'll tell you what, he has had some of the best fights i have ever seen.

making that flyer gush blood like old faithful was just downright pleasing to watch.

Engelland's a tough kid and a very good player....the best fight he's had so far is when he KO'd Colton Orr in the game vs. the Leafs; fun to see.

Being a Flyers fan, I'm not impressed at all with Jody Shelly's fighting ability (the Flyer that Engelland beat up) and he's all but useless on the ice....a waste of roster and cap space....

i almost forgot for a second that we have a flyer's fan in our midst. considering the outcome of that game the only real high point for me was seeing that @ss whooping.

hopefully they can keep it together tonight and actually play a full 60 minutes.

And there's the blue ***** . Apparently I read through restrictions too fast. Can't use E85. It's a no go.

I might be competitive in the 11.50 ET class (gotta get as close to 11.50 as possible), but I have a feeling that would be alot more difficult to win considering guys can dial in their auto's to consistently hit that time. Officially sad .

Pens will be fine ; sucks about Staal though as he's one of the best..trade you an injured Staal straight up for Hartnell and Carcillo

Not a chance, especially when a healthy Staal is one of the top 3 two-way players in the league. I'd much rather trade Malkin before Staal. Malkin's injury was never disclosed, nor do I think there ever was one. I believe he was just being a baby from the Flyers game when he was placed in the box when we had too many men on the ice. He wants to be the star on this team and he never will be. Russians can be very childish at times, especially in the game of hockey.

Nikolay Zherdev of the Flyers is the poster child for this behavior....all the talent in the world, but doesn't "get it" that you have to try every night and not pout if things don't go your way

I'm not sure I'd want to give up Malkin or Staal for that matter. I'm hoping Asham starts to pick up his game.

Don't expect big things from Asham other than he'll give you a good effort when he's on the ice- he can shoot, but doesn't have any touch...he could have had 25+ goals last year with the Flyers if he a bit of scoring touch
