hey guys, just wanted to share some incredibly interesting art with you. generally i am not all that interested in art but i thought this stuff was amazing.

here are some drawings on 2d planes that create some of the most amazing 3d effects i've ever seen:

http://www.mymodernmet.com/profiles/...3d-drawings-16

and this is shadow art. basically the artists used everyday stuff in innocuous looking configurations, but when you apply a light source to it at a specific angle, the shadow it casts creates an incredibly detailed image.

Man, that sketch artist has a strange eye. I'm sure you've probable seen the sidewalk 3-d art before. http://www.impactlab.net/2006/03/09/...lk-art-photos/

It's amazing what these artists see and can make us see both on small and large scales.

cool stuff.

I'm getting ready to change transmission fluid in my X. Is there a local place to get the Diaqueen 75W-80 or is there a good replacement. The same question for the LSD gear oil.

Nate, hope you do bring that GTR. Saw it meandering through PRP not too long ago - looked and sounded incredible.

Jim, white wheels on silver is brave. I don't know how good it will look, but it will definitely be unique .
Well here goes the Winter Whites....

Looks awesome Jim. I'd stick with the white wheels permanently.

Saw a BBY headed south on I-79 today in Cranberry. I was headed north in my BBY, I waved. Looked like a girl driving.

Craig, we figured there was a girl that goes to Slippery Rock that has a BBY. Might have been her.

Well that would make sense. It was only 30 minutes from Slippery Rock.
