What bothers me about the whole thing is why kill it off? As much as I don't want to see it become a hybrid I could have dealt with it if it had to evolv to that to survive. Even if you all you want to make is electric blenders on wheels why can you not have a fun flagship performance car? In a way I hope mitsu fails!

aside from the evo mitsu hasn't made an interesting, compelling, or even vaguely relevant US car since the 2G.

the rest of the models in their range are ugly, boring, overpriced, or just plain useless.

i'm sure it will be back within 5 years in some new form. softer, more boring, and more pointless.

if they understood their market better it would probably still be doing well, but attempting to "up class" it to compete with the BMW M3 and similar was just plain stupid. perhaps eventually they will realize where their true market and price point for the vehicle is, but for now who cares?

might as well leave the evo off on a good note before they bastardized it any further and made it a joke like the rest of their models.

If they wanted to do that they would have killed it after the IX. The sole saving grace of the X is the full AYC system.
