Either sounds like a plan. Also does anyone know of a place I can get an AMS front mount anodized black?

 

For my work, we get some our tools anodized through our local machine shops. I'm not sure where they send it but I could check with them. I'm sure it would just be a matter of when they get enough together to send out an order.

Long story short im an idiot and hit a mail box for fooling around. Just got all the dents in the hood fixed and did something different with the hood... it was going to look alot worse than this with lines every on it, but i told them to just do this! I actually like it and its different. THinking about getting black rims to match it and tint.
What % tint do you guys recomend? and have any of you got a ticket for it??

 

hard to see from that tiny *** thumbnail, but it looks like a nice hood/paint job.

also, i haven't personally ever tinted my evo. i get more than enough attention from law enforcement as it is.

I think it looks good Josh. I forget what % I got on mine. It looks good but I'd agree with Mondo and it probably isn't worth the extra attention. Though I've been lucky so far.

 

Thanks!! I'm glad it turned out as good as it did for the price i paid to get it fixed and painted. and yea i dont think im going to go below 20% thats getting way to dark. maybe 25% where you can still see inside a little.

 

ironically enough on my way to lunch after posting that i was tail gated by one of scott township's finest for about 2 - 3 miles.

he was waiting at a light on the road i was turning on to, by the time the light changed he was probably about 1/4 - 1/2 mile behind me.

the porker closed that gap (in a 25mph zone mind you) in only a minute or two, then proceeded to tail gate me so close that i couldn't even see his headlights.

i hate role crazy suburban cops so damn much.

 

Thats crazy... they always tailgate me its stupid. Luckily yesterday i only say 1 cop when i drove without a hood from cranberry to ohio and the cop was looking the other way when we passed him
