Classic vids. They are getting classier, they upgraded to the SS and even washed their cars. I like the speaker wiring in the older video, they couldn't even hide it for the video.

+1 on the tint, its just a reason to pull you over. I think that 35% was legal at some point, but I dunno if thats definitely the case.

tint in PA is something that falls under piggy discretion.

strictly speaking it is not illegal to tint your windows, unless it is dark enough to stop someone from seeing inside the vehicle.

however with a law that vague you can rest assured that if officer hardass is having a bad day he can pull you over and cite you regardless.

Anyone else drive around in the blizzard last night? Just when I was ready for spring, I nearly forgot how much fun an Evo is with Blizzaks and empty Southside streets covered in 5 inches of snow. Drove to the GE to rent one of the best movies I've seen in a long time - Piranha 3D...good times.

 

i just caught the start of it on my way home from work last night around 5. coming in this morning was quite the adventure.

down the street from my house i watched an rsx on 18's and low profile tires come down a hill sideways and backwards. he drifted in to the curb and looked rather angry.

so of course being the thoughtful gentleman that i am, i gunned it, flicked him off as i went by, and tore up the hill with barely so much as a wiggle.

that's what you get for being wrong wheel drive with the wrong damn tires for conditions.

 

From my experience: I have been ticketed before....Technically you are not allowed to tint your windows .....when i was pulled over they said that if there is tint on car (not SUV, guess they have different rules) 80% of light must pass through... mine was somewhere around 40% ....got tickets for front and back seperately...

If you need a guy to do your windows, let me know...I know a guy who has a shop and is really reasonable....

 

Thats bull that they gave you 2 seperate tickets.... I'm not sure the % ill go with yet, and i have a guy, thanks though!! He's doing whole car besides front window for $150

 

You could do a light tint and would probably not have any issues unless they pulled you over for something else.

 

Stay away from tint Josh, you'll thank me later. North and South park cops will give you a ticket as soon as they see you. As with many other 5-0 types.
