Eric, if ya want more people to come to these and/or low key events, a day or two advance notice would help. Only say this cause I've seen you post at least twice about low key events about 2 hrs before they happen. I was the guy who brought the guy who bought your Evo.

Shame about all the mechanical woes. EVO really is a joy to run around in on days such as these and there are so few in these parts. I may even roll down the back windows on the way home.

Oh cool, how is my old evo doing for him? I know he had intentions of turing to fully build race machine.

I have been posting it before the events because that's how little notice I've got.

However, there is a Flat Out Day this FRIDAY if anyone is game.

Saw two Evos tonight. One was a RR X that was near Mascari's Auto next to Duncan, looked like it had an AMS FMIC. The other was an AS VIII that might have had a carbon fiber hood? Lighting was terrible so I couldn't tell, it was in McIntyre Square headed towards Emelianos (sp?). I had some good Mexican eats tonight.

I think i've seen that RR X driving around in the north hills on more than one occasion - was it wingless with a big carbon lip?

I'm guessing that was me you are referring to as the apex silver, although i've got a IX. I was on my way back from working out at fitness 19. I have a carbon bonnet on a stock hood which is probably why you thought it was a carbon hood. Emelianos is delicious....

I wont be at the meet this weekend if its still on. Wife talked me into going to a Cinco de Mayo party. I could not resist the temptation of free booze.

Yeah, the X had no wing for sure, didn't see the lip. It probably was you that I saw, the reflection on the light made it look like the hood was black-ish, so I assumed carbon fiber.
